At Velomyyst™, we take pride in handcrafting each candle with care. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • A proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

  • Used candles
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of:
    • The product
    • Outer packaging
    • Shipping label

We’ll issue a replacement or full refund as per your preference.

💰 Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
🛍️ Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
