✅ Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

- Used candles
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of:
- The product
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
We’ll issue a replacement or full refund as per your preference.
💰 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
🛍️ Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
