1. How will I receive my Velomyyst gift card?

Once purchased, the gift card is sent instantly to the recipient’s email, along with a unique redemption code and message (if added).

2. How can I redeem my gift card?

Simply shop on our website, proceed to checkout, and enter your gift card code in the “Gift Card / Discount Code” field. The value will be applied instantly.

3. Do Velomyyst gift cards have an expiry date?

Yes, Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

4. Can a gift card be used multiple times?

Yes. If your order total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays active and can be used on future purchases.

5. What if my order value is higher than the gift card amount?

You can easily pay the remaining balance using UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking at checkout.

6. Can I use a gift card along with discount or offer codes?

Gift cards can usually be used alongside offers, but some special promotions may not allow stacking. Any restriction will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

7. Can gift cards be refunded or exchanged for cash?

No. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full.

Absolutely. You can enter the recipient’s email address and add a personal message at the time of purchase—we’ll deliver it directly to them.
